Job Summary and Qualifications
Provides strategic HR support to designated LOB leaders and HR teams supporting all lines of business with provider employment or Provider Service Agreements (PSA). This role serves as a leader of the Provider Support Team and may be asked to take on more strategic activities with the senior HR team for CSG. Reporting to the Director of Provider Employment, and utilizing processes and tools from HCA Healthcare HR Centers of Excellence and HR Service Centers, this position will provide direct local support for: implementation and centralization of provider employment activities and compensation workflow. Supervises Provider Support Team members ensuring the implementation of daily provider activities efficiently and effectively.
What you will do in this role:
Provides support and guidance to HR Business Partners, management and other staff when complex specialized issues arise.
Acts as a consultant and bridge management by proactively obtaining, interpreting and presenting analysis of issues; uses information to develop meaningful resources and training for leaders and HR teams
Facilitate change; help the organization prepare for its next stage of growth or evolution in provider employment.
Direct Supervisor for other team members; oversees the HR Coordinator Team operations, ensuring the implementation of daily activities efficiently and effectively
Ensure compliance with HCA HR policies and processes as it relates to provider payments
Collaborate with COEs to ensure HR initiatives and programs are delivered by providing a high level of service to LOB’s
What qualifications you will need:
Bachelor's Degree required
Master's Degree preferred
5+ years of experience in relevant work requiredRequired
3 years in HR generalist/ HRBP role required or equivalent combination of education and/or experience Licenses, Certifications, & Training
