　　About the Human Resources Track

　　UKG is looking for interns to join our People Team for the summer of 2024! As an intern in our Human Resources track, you will work in various aspects of a global HR organization and gain experience working cross functionally. Our interns are placed into a variety of teams, including Talent Development, People Analytics & Employee Listening, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Consulting, Employee Communications, Workplace Services, or even New Hire Experience. Depending on the team you're placed with, your responsibilities as an intern could include:

　　• Supporting the execution and analysis of employee surveys and helping to develop actionable insights; creating an employee communication strategy to convey how UKG takes action from employee surveys and feedback

　　• Elevating our talent development strategies through creation of new content in UKG's learning management system

　　• Researching external market data to evaluate our recruiting strategies to ensure we are cultivating a diverse, high-quality talent pipeline

　　• Working cross functionally with writers, graphic designers, and external vendors to develop and deliver high-quality, high-impact materials that illustrate our workplace culture and employee value proposition

　　• Enhancing the UKG new hire experience through analysis of current onboarding activities, competitor benchmarking, feedback review, and identification of areas of improvement

　　• Analyzing data on employee experience, engagement, retention, BD&E, and leadership; developing insights that inform UKG’s people strategies

　　Qualifications

　　Basic Qualifications:

　　• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree – preference will be given to rising seniors - in Business, HR Management, Psychology, Marketing, or another related field

　　• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 12 weeks starting May 20th through August 9th 2024

　　• Experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, PPT, Excel)

　　Preferred Qualifications:

　　• Strong analytical, business process analysis, and problem-solving capabilities

　　• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage and connect with internal and external partners

　　• Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while being detail oriented and committed to quality work

　　Program Dates: May 20th, 2024 - August 9th, 2024

　　UKG is unable to sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for our internship program, including students on temporary sponsorship through CPT. All applicants must be eligible to work in the US with no restrictions.

　　Pay Transparency for Colorado, New York, Washington and California

　　The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington and California is $20 to $25/hour, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.

　　San Francisco Bay Area Pay Law

　　There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area, the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $20 to $25/hour.
