About Human Resources (HR) Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in the banking industry, situated in Cambridge, Massachusetts. As an HR Manager, you will be the backbone of our team, ensuring smooth HR operations and contributing to our growth. You will be involved in a diverse range of tasks including payroll management, employee benefits administration, and HR administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and efficient processing of payroll, ensuring compliance with all related regulations

• Manage employee benefit programs, including the coordination of benefit enrollments and responding to related queries

• Assist in organizing open enrollment processes and ensuring clear communication with all employees

• Handle compensation programs within the organization, ensuring fairness and compliance with relevant policies

• Perform HR administrative tasks, including maintaining accurate records and aiding in audits

• Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to employee details and HR processes

• Oversee the digitization of HR files, ensuring that digital records are accurate and easily accessible

• Assist with the hiring process, ensuring the organization attracts and retains top talent

• Manage employee relations, fostering a positive work environment that encourages growth and development

• Oversee the full cycle of payroll operations, addressing and resolving any discrepancies that may arise. Requirements • Extensive experience in the banking industry

• Proven track record as a Human Resources Manager or similar role

• Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now software

• Demonstrated knowledge in Benefit Functions

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in ensuring company compliance with labor laws and regulations

• Proven ability to manage Employee Relations effectively

• Familiarity with Hiring Processes and best practices

• Experience in managing Full Cycle Payroll

• Ability to coordinate Open Enrollment for company's benefit programs

• High degree of professionalism and integrity

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
