Description A Construction/Contractor company is looking to add to their expanding team with a Human Resources Assistant. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter eager to grow their career within their field. The company is known for its stellar work environment and is looking for someone highly-skilled and motivated who will handle a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, as well as provide clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, policies, processes, and procedures. 　　Responsibilities

　　Oversee office and administrative tasks

　　Plan new employee orientation meetings

　　Update employee database logs

　　Research the internet to uncover potential customers Requirements - Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information

　　Desire to thrive in scenarios of team-based work or independent tasks, always looking to learn more and take initiative on a number of different projects and tasks

　　Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft

　　Strong familiarity with Administrative Assistance

　　Knowledge of Corporate Recruiting

　　Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

　　Approachable and appropriate demeanor when interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment

　　At least 2+ years of HR related experience desired
