　　Job Description:

　　About the Role:

　　The site HR Generalist role at the Wayland location is directly responsible for overseeing the HR function and leading and supporting the HR team and guide day-to-day success of the facility. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

　　Enforcing all company policies and plant rules, to include conducting investigations, maintaining corrective action procedures, and ensuring accurate administration of the Collective Bargaining Agreement and grievance procedures.

　　Providing leadership and direction for recommending, implementing, and supporting positive employee relations practices.

　　Partnering closely with plant management team to support functional priorities and reporting out Key Performance Indicators for the HR function.

　　Demonstrating tact and diplomacy and maintaining discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive employee data.

　　Important Details: This is a full-time on-site role supporting plant human resources needs predominantly on 1st shift with schedule flexing between all shifts occasionally required.

　　About You:

　　You’ll fit right in if you have:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources

　　Strong knowledge of and experience in HR Information Systems such as Workday

　　Strong communication skills at all levels of management

　　Strong leadership capabilities and demonstrated ability to set effective priorities

　　Previous experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing is a plus
