JOB SUMMARY:
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for leading and implementing policies and programs to support talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion initiatives, HRIS operations, learning and development, and total rewards. Participates in the development of the HR strategic plan at the organizational level representing the needs and objectives of Community Clinical Services.

At regular intervals, utilizes a structured process for asking for, receiving, and acting on constructive feedback from direct reports and key stakeholders.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree
EXPERIENCE
2+ years of Human Resources experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Ability to work under pressure.
FQHR experience is preferred, but not required.
