　　Description: Within our Fort Morgan, CO manufacturing facility, we areseeking a highly qualified Human Resources Generalist to help grow,mentor, and support the almost 500 employees that call this facility home.Will you turn your passion for people into impact by directly contributing tofostering a healthy environment for the next generation of Leprino s leadersto flourish?

　　At Leprino Foods, starting compensation for this role typically rangesbetween $72,000 and $93,000. This position has an annual target bonus of 5%.

　　Play a key role in driving the company's strong culture, successionmanagement, organizational design, leadership development andassessment, and recruitment.Recommend and implement practices necessary to establish positiverelationships and promote a higher level of morale.Improve on existing practices and procedures in order to continue hiring aremarkable workforce for both exempt and non-exempt level positions.Support the day-to-day operations of the HR Department and provide advice,assistance, counseling, and follow-up on Company policies and procedures.Lead employee engagement teams and activities.Support employee relations practices necessary to establish a positiveemployer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale andmotivation.Assist with coordinating compliance and regulatory training for allemployees.Coordinate and conduct benefit orientation and other benefits training,including the annual benefits open enrollment process for non-bargaining unitemployees.Coordinate recruiting efforts with business partners to ensure properstaffing levels are maintained within the plant, including development ofemployment advertisements and/or working with third-party staffing agenciesas needed.Coordinate and facilitate the orientation and on-boarding process for newemployees.You Have At Least (Required Qualifications): -* A Bachelor's in Human Resources or Organizational Development includingtwo (2) years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Associate.

　　We Hope You Also Have (Preferred Qualifications):* Extensive experience in employment law, OD and planning, laborrelations, safety, and training.* A Master s in Labor Relations, HR Management, or OD including a PHR,SPHR, or SHRM-CP (and SCP) certification.* Experience in a 24/7 dairy manufacturing environment with leadership overHR Supervisors or HR Generalists.
