POSITION SUMMARY:
Support the HR team with HR business partner activities to ensure an engaging and consistent experience for associates and managers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Mainly support the HR operations & administration functions
Coordinate and participate in recruitment process for retail positions including preparing and placing ads, managing recruitment agencies, pre-selecting applications, conducting interviews for junior or temporary roles, reference checks, and preparing offer proposal for management approval
Support the rolling out of HR initiatives including annual dinner, ER, CSR, and social activities and team building etc.
Support on reports, analysis and surveys preparation.
Responsible for HRIS (WorkDay) update and maintenance
Handle daily HR administrative duties including filing, org-chart update and so on
Manage day-to-day HR operations, i.e. all relevant correspondence such as letters /emails /enquiries.
Support ad hoc projects for the team

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience in the field of HR (preferably working in international organization and retail industry)Education:
University degree in Human Resources or equivalentSkills:
Proficiency of English (written and oral); Mandarin will be a plus
MS-Office skills especially in Excel and Powerpoint, experience in Workday is an advantage
Independent, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
Customer oriented, approachable and strong interpersonal skills
Be flexible to work in a dynamic environment
