Description

We're seeking a meticulous Human Resources Coordinator to undertake a variety of HR duties for our Cardiff-based client. This professional will ensure the HR department's operations are running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate daily HR functions such as maintaining records of employees' data and overseeing the hiring process.

Act as the main point of contact for employees' queries on HR-related topics.

Assist with the organization of HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.).

Coordinate employee performance assessment procedures.

Maintain physical and digital employee records.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar role.

Knowledge of labor laws and various HR functions.

Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
