About the RoleCome join the U.S. HR Team as a Human Resources Business Partner Generalist, reporting to the Global HR Manager. This position requires a professional individual who will be responsible for a variety of technical, administrative and support to the HR Business Partner team in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The position has both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and will provide support to our Human Resources Business Partners, as well as the HR team. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off).On-going learning opportunities within a diverse, inclusive and rewarding work environment.Onsite Cafeteria, remodeled with new equipment Fitness Center, and Outdoor fitness track.Responsibilities to Anticipate for this RoleSupport HR Business Partners with day to day HR related activitiesPrepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experienceSupport HR Business Partners with talent and employee development initiativesCoordinate administrative requirements in collaboration with the HR Business Partners related to recruiting/interviewing preparation, new hire/onboarding activities, employee movement, exit interviews, off boarding processes including data entry in human resources information systems (HRIS) and audits for accuracy and complianceSupport the development and implementation of personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for business operationsEnsure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and procedures when necessaryAssist with the communication, interpretation, and updates to HR policies and proceduresCollaborating with HR team members on special projectRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awarenessAptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policiesResourceful mindset and strong attention to detailStrong MS Office Skills (Excel/PowerPoint/Word)Preferred QualificationsProven success working in an HR departmentKnowledge of HR software (PeopleSoft/JobVite)Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
