Pentair is seeking an HR Manager to join our team in our Golden Valley, MN headquarters. The HR Manager will be responsible for partnering with global Enterprise function leaders and employees in the Engineering Technology, Information Technology, and Human Resources functions. You will: Be a valued and integral part of our global organization, engaging with various levels of leadership and working on a variety of critical initiatives to advance our HR strategies Act as a change agent and cultural steward building a strong culture of leaders, growth managers, and high-performing teams aligned with the Pentair Win Right Values. Lead HR projects and processes such as organizational development and effectiveness, talent management and career development, performance management, talent acquisition, training initiatives, compensation, employee engagement and HR strategy development. Collaborate with functional leaders on talent management and development initiatives to attract, develop and retain the best available talent in the market. Proactively engage in leadership development, coaching and counseling conversations with managers and employees. Partner with functional leaders to identify, develop, and implement strategic HR initiatives in support of their functional priorities. Drive continuous improvement and support HR Transformation by evaluating existing processes and focusing on improvement of tools, digitization, process controls, etc. and increasing the overall efficiency of the HR function. Support our Global Engineering Center employees through direct leadership of a small HR team in India. You should: Have earned a Bachelor's degree, master's degree and/or professional certification preferred. Have at least 7+ years' of professional and progressive HR Generalist experience Have professional experience working in a HR Management role; managing and/or supervising direct subordinates. Have experience working in a Corporate Headquarters environment Be an excellent communicator to various levels within an organization Build relationships quickly to act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees Be results-oriented with proven ability to follow through while handling multiple and competing priorities.
