　　Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process, particularly in tracking of hiring progress and coordinating interviews. Provide support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

　　Employee Relations: Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.

　　Training and Development: Support the coordination of training programs and development initiatives, assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records.

　　HR Administration: Assist in maintaining HR records, documentation and preparation of HR-related reports and presentations.

　　Compliance and Policies: Contribute to ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, as well as providing assistance in updating and preparing communication materials on changes in HR policies.
