If you would like to work with a highly skilled workforce to achieve unique and challenging goals that critically impact our environment and community, this is your chance to be a part of our legacy!CPCCo is looking for a Human Capitol (HC) Operations Manager with a wide latitude for independent judgment, manage and support all HC Operation activities and cross-functional relationships at all levels of the organization.Responsibilities typically include, but are not limited to:* Must have strong ethics, and the ability to maintain confidence, exercise sound judgement and discretion especially in dealing with sensitive, high risk and complex legal and HC issues and situations.* Detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task, deal with ambiguity, and work collaboratively in a team environment, providing advice and counsel on general employee relations issues.* Must have robust and effective time management and prioritization skills, managing teams to ensure that processes are handled in a fair, timely manner through oversight for properly assigned case management resolution.* Review investigation/presentation summary for proficiency, analyzing data to provide and support recommendations with a plan of action for resolution.* Implement special projects as assigned by the Human Capitol Officer to assist HC strategy and policy development through best practices.* Partner with diverse stakeholders throughout the Company to mitigate risk and achieve high levels of compliance, accuracy, and quality in investigations, talent acquisition, reporting and resolution of issues.* Interpret and administer applicable HC policies and procedures affecting exempt, non-exempt, and bargaining unit employees through knowledgeable, experienced HC practices, programs, and applicable state and federal laws, and Department of Energy (DOE) guidelines and regulations.* Implement and lead with a philosophy of continuous improvement in the HC organization to enhance effectiveness, create efficiency, increase internal and external customer service, and reduce cost. Advocates for a balanced perspective and outcome.* Provide clear and concise direction to the HC staff, with noted expectations of scheduled deliverables, working to remove obstacles, fostering effective working relationships. Identify opportunities for improvement, including constructive criticism, professional development, training, ongoing review of work products/deliverables, and opportunities to present and deliver information.Job Duties/Scope Of Work* Manager Grade 21 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 10 years of relevant experience* Manager Grade 22 - Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience plus 12 years of relevant experienceThe higher posted level has greater scope, complexity, authority, impact.
