RIZZO International, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Inspector, to join our Construction Quality Control (CQC) Team. This candidate will be responsible for inspecting the installation of electrical systems and equipment to detect faulty wiring and ensure they comply with electrical codes and standards as well as design specifications.

　　The work goes from San Luis, AZ to Tecate, CA.

　　SCOPE OF POSITION

　　• Responsible for inspection of electrical construction to verify compliance with design plans and specifications prepared by the electrical design-build contractor

　　• Inspection of underground three phase power from the existing overhead power on various sites

　　• Size the new facility to serve current project requirements for lighting, communications, and power

　　• Inspection of connections with the existing system and make sure it will serve current project and future project needs

　　• Inspection of pole-mounted LED light fixtures, CCTV cameras, as well as linear ground detection system (LGDS) making sure they communicate through the fiber optic communications cable outside of the road shoulder

　　• Inspection of fiber optic communications cables along proposed bollard walls

　　Skills & Requirements

　　POSITION SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:

　　• A thorough knowledge of the methods and materials used in the installation of electrical appliances, including NEC

　　• Ability to diagnose electrical defeats and unsafe conditions

　　• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications for electrical installations

　　• Electrical Engineer with 2 years inspection experience OR

　　Technician with 5 years related work experience

　　Job Type: Full-time

　　Pay: $93,000 - $97,000
