(S)he operates continuous flowequipment to process milk, cream, and other beverage products, followingspecified methods and formulas. (S)he is responsible for quality, foodsafety and product specifications.

　　Essential Duties:

　　Clean, set-up, operate and monitor equipment of the production line.

　　Operate ingredients distribution feeder.

　　Complete scheduled quality checks.

　　Monitor weights, seals, caps, and general packaging of product.

　　Adjust filler timing and filling as needed.

　　Troubleshoot and resolve basic to moderate operating difficulties.

　　Ensure that the proper packaging materials are used for each productbeing produced.

　　Perform filler and filler line changeovers

　　Complete cleaning checklist once line has completed run.

　　Prepare equipment for next run to include size changes as needed.

　　Maintain communication with other departments, management and associatesand notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict theefficiency of production.

　　Analyze process data and equipment performance data to improve quality,throughput, and troubleshoot while assisting in identifyingopportunities to improve processes.

　　Responsible for food safety, pre-requisite programs and food qualityrelated to designated area.

　　Report any food safety and food quality related issues to managementimmediately.

　　Ensure all required information is documented in accordance with SOP\'s.

　　Follow Quality Assurance standards and collect required samples, asneeded, for Quality Assurance testing.

　　Ensure all paperwork is filled out in a clear, legible and accurateformat, and completed with required information.

　　Follow all required work safe practices. This would include complianceof Good Manufacturing Practices, wearing required PPE in designatedareas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, fall restraints,etc.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　Qualifications:

　　High school diploma or GED preferred

　　3+ months experience in manufacturing, dairy or another related fieldpreferred

　　Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure,using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.

　　Fluency in English; speak, read and write

　　Ability to work in a cold and wet environment for prolonged periods oftime

　　Must be able to work in various temperature-controlled zones rangingfrom cold to hot

　　Demonstrated a mechanical aptitude and can work and maneuver in tightand awkward areas and positions

　　Ability to operate equipment at recommended speeds and communicatemechanical and operational defects as they arise.

　　Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department whichmay be subject to evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.

　　Must be able to frequently reach up to 31-77 inches.Physical Demands:

　　Regularly stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects,tools, or controls

　　Regularly reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl

　　Regularly taste or smell milk-based product

　　Occasionally sit and occasionally climb ladders or work on a platform

　　Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
