About HS Science

　　Baxter Community School is looking for a high school science teacher. The candidate must be a team oriented, goal minded individual with a positive attitude. 　　Baxter Community School District is a PK-12 school uniquely housed in one building with approximately 430 students. It sits in a growing community of approximately 1600 people. Baxter Iowa is centrally located amongst Des Moines, Marshalltown, Ames, and Newton. The district boasts a brand new high school; the elementary wing was built in 2006; and the middle school recently updated. The Baxter community is an excellent place to live, work and get an education.
