In the role of HRIS Consultant you will beworking in HumanResources. Purpose Support and maintain HRIS platforms; integratingcreative technology-based solutions to increase Human Resource processand service effectiveness. Provide analysis and support of HCM and othersupplemental Human Resource systems. Subject Matter Expert (SME) forassigned functional areas and assists with ensuring data integrity,testing of system changes, functional and technical expertise inmaintaining, designing, and implementing modifications or enhancementsin support of the organization. Primary Functions Cultivate subjectmatter expertise for HR administration processes and HR Systemtechnology platform features. Actively work to reengineer HR processesto leverage technology and be more efficient, accurate and customeroriented. Maintain user guides and quick reference materials and providetraining to end users as well as written procedures used to train HRSystem team members to ensure consistent practices and risk mitigationacross all team members. Strong attention to detail, accuracy,problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical. Recognize andaccurately evaluates the signs of a system or data problems; analyzecurrent procedures for possible improvements; sees how a problem and itssolution will affect other units; weighs alternatives against objectivesand arrives at reasonable decisions; use gathered information to createbusiness requirements for the system environment; recommend innovativesolutions. Adapt well to changing priorities, deadlines, and directions.Work to eliminate all processes which do not add value, even underpressure, criticism, or tight deadlines Work with HR Data team todevelop audit processes to ensure data integrity and compliance withstate and federal laws. Project Manage low to moderately complexenhancements or upgrades and coordinate with internal teams and externalvendors as appropriate. Participate in HR departmental initiatives as aHR System Subject Matter Expert (SME) to implement enhancements orchanges within HR while maintaining integrity of all HR Systems and setups.
