Job Description

　　A partner of Insight Global is looking to add a talented HRIS Consultant to their team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Ceridian Dayforce implementations and optimizations. The ideal candidate will have experience consulting and partnering with a diverse client portfolio across different industries and stages of their implementation lifecycle. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, proactive and personable to help clients determine their needs.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　3+ years HRIS Implementation and/or Configuration experience with Ceridian Dayforce and UKG Ready

　　 Strong sense of ownership for individual work assignments, team goals, and organization initiatives

　　 Ability to build relationships and influence with external and internal clients

　　 Excellent personal time management skills; excellent judgment in determining priorities

　　 Successful track record of improving client satisfaction null
