Job Description:
Applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsible for processing confidential colleague information and for maintaining employee records on a Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Prepares and/or supervises the production of statistical summaries and special reports from the HRIS involving colleague skills, pay grades and performance data, payroll information or other colleague information. May assist in the development of systems specifications, design and development from the end user perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in the ongoing design, configuration, deployment and maintenance of HR system configuration.Partner with customers to understand business processes, goals and enhancement opportunities.Perform data uploads into HR system as needed (EIB), and regularly performs system audits to ensure data integrity.Supports HR system HCM by researching and resolving issues, testing solutions and communicating resolution with customers.Analyze errors and utilize resources such as the HR system community to drive resolutions and identify root cause.Develop simple test plans and project plans for upgrades/new functionality.Work with functional teams to understand and interpret reporting requirements. Run and distribute scheduled reports and support business requests for ad hoc report generation.Responsible for managing a project from start to finish.Actively participate in the HR system community by contributing to content, voting on Brainstorms, etc.Deliver HR system focused training to end-user community and develop training document related to HR system updates.Assist with timekeeping and file management applications.Performs other duties as assigned.Education and Experience:
Typically possesses Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 2-5 years of experience.Knowledge and Skills:
Basic understanding of object oriented architecture.Outstanding customer service skills.Basic knowledge of HR system domains, data structures and reporting functional areas (e.g. within Core HCM, Reporting, Compensation, Talent, Benefits and Payroll).Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.Proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts).Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability.Experience supporting a global customer base.

Compensation Range:
The pay range for this position is $ 65,000.00 to $ 85,000.00 per year. The base pay offered for this position may vary based on market data and other factors, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. The position may be eligible for a short-term incentive in addition to base pay.
