Position Summary
As an HR & Talent Management Coordinator , you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functional regional level. You will interact with corporate stakeholders and our Latin American markets for particular topics to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of various HR areas: HR Business Partner, Talent Development and Project Management. You will manage various administrative processes related to the People Life Cycle and support key regional and global projects.

A Day in the Life of an HR & Talent Management Coordinator
Support HR Business Partners with tasks requiring initiation, execution or follow-up People Life Cycle related
Coordinate and follow-up with Employee Services (ES), Global Mobility and Recruitment Team on HR administrative activities
Stand as the Data Quality champion for HR (incl. data quality management in Switzerland and in the LATAM region) by extracting reports and providing analysis
Lead reporting and consolidation of Quarterly KPIs for Zone and HRDs and support HR operational reviews
Assist in the development of programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
Support the HR department by preparing relevant documentation (e.g. presentations, documents) and organizing key meetings
Assist in the coordination and planning of HR related initiatives
HR Project Management: support and coordinate key projects such as HR Digital Skills Journey and The Global Alliance for YOUth etc.
What will make you successful
Bachelor or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or related fields
1-3 years professional experience
HR Experience is a strong asset (in Talent Management or HRBP support ideally)
Self-driven in projects, tasks and learning
Prior successful experience in an international environment is a plus
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Curiosity, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite and HRIS software
Proficiency in English with additional languages as a plus (French, Spanish or Portuguese)
