Summary As a HR Specialist (Performance Management) at the GS-0201-12/13 level, you will be part of OPM Human Resources, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for providing agency-wide direction and expert technical guidance regarding OPM's internal performance management, awards, and recognition programs. Responsibilities Administers the employee appraisal and awards programs to include a comprehensive annual and ongoing evaluation of the programs. Works closely with supervisors/managers to ensure all organizational changes are conveyed and incorporated in alignment with management goals and organizational policy and processes. Uses knowledge of the USA Performance tool and of Federal Performance Management regulations and guidelines, reviews agency performance management policies and demonstrates how to best automate the policies in USA Performance Evaluates functionality of USA Performance to ensure it meets agency requirements. Provides training or briefings to organizational employees, managers, and senior leaders.
