　　Day to Day Functions:

　　The HR Manager will be delegating this individual HRIS duties such as data entry and processing paperwork, as well as various other tasks. They will be required to be the assistant to the HR Manager in all of their daily tasks. This will include the Houston, TX site, PA site, CA site. Managing inquiries and questions from employees internally.

　　Role is open from January 2024 until June or July of 2024 as they transition 140+ employees from one HRIS to the other. These 6-7 months will be operating both HRIS systems.
