Job Overview
TE's HR Services team provide support as part of a centralized function to manage a variety of HR-related transactions. As we implement our multi-year expansion plan for HR Services, quality processing across all transactions is essential. We are committed to quality outputs, proactively preventing errors, and supporting our team appropriately with coaching and training to deliver high quality transactional support.
The role will focus on devising and delivering training programmes to support high quality service delivery for EMEA population and designing, implementing and monitoring a quality programme for all transactional work.
Responsibilities:
Analyse training needs for a multi-lingual team and devise a training programme to support new and existing teams to become experts on processes, systems, and customer experienceDevelop soft skills in customer experience and communication to ensure customer has consistent personable interactionsConnect with HRSS trainers globally to drive consistent training delivery and leverage learnings across teamsDeliver ad/hoc trainings as required for new processes/systems or skills required within service deliveryWork with analytics team to devise a metric and process to measure quality that can be applicable globallyDeliver timely insights on quality performance regularly to HRS leadership regionallyProactively devise a process to prevent errors first time and a reactive process to address issues and prevent repeated errorsDetermine areas for improvement and devise a tailored coaching/training programme to support agents and enhance service delivery
Requirements:
Educated to degree level with emphasis in HR or Business or other related discipline5+ years with demonstrated experience in delivery of training and quality programmes ideally within HRExperience of working with HR related technologies such as Success Factors, case management systems etc. an advantageExcellent communication skills - communicates with impact, motivates others, builds support, establishes trustDelivers results: meets customer needs, manages execution, shows drive and initiative in a high volume, fast paced environmentAnalytical with ability to translate data into actionable insightsStrong team player with a passion for working in a fast-paced Global HR teamStrong customer service orientationContinuous improvement mindset - TE Kaizen facilitator certified an advantage but not essential
