  Are you working towards a Master of Human Resources or an MBA with a concentration in HR? Our HR Rotational Development (HRDP) program would provide you accelerated career development. This 3-year experience will foster differentiated learning and growth in the HR profession, and help you jumpstart your career in HR.

  Our 3-year HR Rotational development program, known as HRDP, provides you the opportunity to grow your human resource skills in all aspects of HR and build community across our team and business. Through this program, you will grow your HR capabilities, expand your skill set, and sharpen your business acumen.

  The HRDP program affords participants development opportunities through 2-3 rotational assignments in: Talent Development, Compensation, Talent Acquisition Strategy & Operations, Benefits or Employee Relations and a final HR Business Partner rotation, which results in gaining both experience and perspective in supporting business groups as well as strategic division wide operations. Additional learning opportunities round out the development program including executive mentorship and exposure to senior leaders.

  This position is in Fairfax, VA and will require travel to other sites.

  What we are looking for:

  • A Master’s degree in Human Resources.

  • All candidates must be currently pursuing a master’s degree in Human Resources or an MBA with an HR concentration graduating recently or with a graduation date between December 2023 - June 2024

  • Previous relevant internships or minimum 1-2 years of work experience in HR

  • Desire for a career in Human Resources as a Human Resources Business Partner or specialist in learning and development, compensation, benefits, organization development and engagement, and or talent acquisition

  • Results-oriented with a strong desire to get involved with business leaders and employees to provide excellent support and human capital solutions

  • Proven attention to detail, quality work and data analysis orientation

  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, presentation skills and professional presence

  • Ability to demonstrate effective influencing skills and listening skills

  • 3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

  Preferred: Bonus Points For…

  • Experience interacting with multiple HR functional operations such as Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and Benefits

  • Experience working with data, HCM analytics and measurement

  Physical Requirements

  Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
