　　The Job

　　As a HRBP Project Coordinator, you’ll be part of our HR team located in Suzhou. You’ll get to:

　　Actively work with management, Talent Acquisition, and staffing agencies as applicable to ensure a flow of top and diverse talent for every position.

　　Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).

　　Timely update the tracker & generate report.

　　Other duties as assigned.

　　The Person

　　You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You’re not intimidated by innovation. Wouldn’t it be great if you could do your job and do a world of good? In fact, you embrace it. You also have:

　　Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.

　　Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist with experience in Talent Acquisition.

　　Bilingual in English/Mandarin a plus.

　　Highly skilled in MS Office Suite, especially Excel.

　　Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with diverse audiences.

　　Effective organization, time management skills, positive mindset and attention to detail.

　　Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills but also the ability to work independently.

　　Experience in a manufacturing, design engineering, procurement is highly preferrable.
