Pollo Regio corporate office is seeking for an HR & Payroll Administrator.
Job Description
Supports the HR Department phone line
Handles payroll processing using Toast Payroll
Handles employment applications
Updates employee status online
Assists with Compliance and Audit
Assists with employee benefits administration
Maintains employees files and records
Maintains confidentiality
Updates employee records at Attorney General website
Responds to employment verification
Answers general policy questions relating to payrolls and other relevant inquiries.
Assists with new employee orientation when required
Assists with any other tasks when required
Requirements
1-3 years working in Payroll.
HR experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
High School Degree or equivalent
Associate degree or some college courses (preferred)
Bi-lingual-Spanish (Preferred)
