　　Our Wood Dale headquarters is seeking a HR Operations Intern to provide support to our Human Resources team.

　　· Spend 10 weeks learning about human resources.

　　· Ability to enhance your professional growth through this development experience for future career opportunities at AAR.

　　· Gain a solid understanding of how a global organization conducts business while learning the intricate details of the AAR Corp division.

　　Performance Objectives

　　· Learning and Development : You will have the ability to take part in various learning and development opportunities with key people in the organization.

　　· Project Management : Take ownership of a project for a real AAR scenario, working together with your intern peers and presenting to AAR Leadership with viable solutions.

　　· Business Acumen : You will gain a solid understanding of how a global organization conducts business while learning the intricate details of the finance division.

　　Qualifications:

　　Experience

　　· Working towards a Bachelor’s degree and going into Senior year

　　· GPA of 3.0 or better
