WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Implement HR strategies and programs that aligns with Unilever's objectivesCollaborate with senior management to provide strategic HR guidance and supportAct as a single point of HR contact for the multiple teams and employeesEnsure regular and healthy tracking of people metrics on diverse levels, Lead HR initiatives such as talent discussions, Open Job Posting (OJP) approach, Future-Fit-Plan coaching and other customized development actions for key talent.Collaborate with the business for creating a high performance cultureManage training, performance, career management and development plans for employeesPrepare and follow up workforce plan, head count budget, preparation, monitoring, coordination and reporting of HR Planning.Raise call-to-actions within the teams (annual leave, UniVoice, other working sessionsImplement Global HR practices & projects.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related fieldFluency in English & Russian both written and verbal5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a focus on HR business partnering.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations Skills Strong knowledge of HR principles and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholdersData & Analytics skills is a plusDemonstrated experience in talent acquisition and management programsSolid understanding of performance management processesProven ability to solve problems and make sound decisionsHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyFlexibility and adaptability to changing prioritiesStrong ethics and integrity in handling HR matters Leadership You are energized by delivering fantastic results.
