About HR Generalist

  Description

  As an HR Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in our clients growing organization, overseeing internal positions and contributing to various HR functions. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining job descriptions, managing jobs through Salary.com, conducting compensation analysis, and working within our HRIS system. Your role will extend to employee relations, new hire orientation, HR administrative duties, and organizing employee engagements and volunteer events. A solid background in technical skills and HRIS experience is essential, as you'll be actively managing and extracting data. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of solid recruiting experience, preferably from Human Services or Healthcare sectors. While prior experience with contract, direct hire, and per diem is a plus, it's not mandatory. Familiarity with HRIS systems like Prism HR or Bullhorn is also advantageous.   Your responsibilities

  Create employee engagement plans, getting necessary budget approval and initiating activities

  Analyze employee performance and appraises their pay scale accordingly

  Administer appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and regulations and addresses employee grievances

  Administer employee satisfaction surveys and give actionable insights to improve employees experience

  Craft official internal documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips and warning letters

  Use HR software to manage payroll and employee benefits, including bonuses, leaves, and absences administration

  Maintain physical and digital files for employees and their documents, benefits and attendance records

  Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections

  Shape onboarding plans and educating newly hired employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations

  Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards conscripted by authorities

  Requirements - 1+ years of human resources experience

  Skilled in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion

  PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus

  Highly organized and self-motivated

  Exceptional time management skills preferred

  Super organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset are a must

  Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

  Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
