Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an HR Coordinator in the financial services industry. This role is based in Walnut Creek, California and operates in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and supporting the recruitment team in various activities

• Managing pre-boarding and onboarding tasks, including the creation of onboarding plans in collaboration with the HRBP and Hiring Manager

• Conducting reference checks for potential employees

• Administering BambooHR, including employee changes and report requests

• Validating benefits on a monthly basis

• Organizing corporate events, including birthdays and recognition administration

• Handling snack and food orders for the office

• Ordering flowers and baby gifts as part of employee engagement activities

• Coordinating the Town Hall Lunch n Learn calendar

• Utilizing tech tools such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and other software applications relevant to the role. Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar HR role

• Demonstrated experience in conducting audits

• Proficient in conducting background checks

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in onboarding new hires

• Experience in corporate recruiting

• Familiar with full cycle recruiting

• Ability to handle employee changes effectively

• Proven experience in driving employee engagement

• Experience in planning and executing employee recognition events

• Familiarity with event planning

• Proficiency in Google Suite applications

• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel

• Experience in using various software applications relevant to the role.
