  Main Ingredients of the Job! * *

  As a US FOODS® HR Coordinator, you provided support in functional areas of a human resources department, which may include recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, compensation management, benefits administration, organization development, and training.

   

  Schedule: Monday - Friday (Start times at 10 am)

  Great HR Coordinators are crucial to the US FOODS® team and one of the important faces of our organization. Our HR Coordinators strive for integrity and reliability while building trusting relationships with team members .  

   

  What you bring to the table :

  Related Experience/Requirements:    

  A Minimum of three years’ work experience in human resources is required.

  Extensive Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook experience preferred.

  Pivotal Table Analytics as well as knowledge in Leave Administration, Short Term, Workers Comp, and FMLA administrations.

  Regulations concerning Federal and local State(s) employment laws to include but are not limited to ADA, FMLA, EEOC, OSHA, FLSA, and Title VII.

  Knowledge/Skills/Abilities :  

  Strong teamwork skills and the ability to be a resource to others in the department, warehouse, and division.

  Must be able to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally and have strong customer service ability with all levels inside and outside the organization.

  Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  Must be able to work on complex tasks and prioritize workload amid competing priorities.

  Provide administrative support for unemployment claim responses.

  Prepare various reports and professional correspondence for executives.

  Schedule system-generated reports for department leads.

  Participate with and support the employee events committee.

  Provide managers with approved temporary employment agencies' contact information for temporary staffing needs.

  Education/Training :
