HR Coordinator - 111477
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Arconic is currently in search of an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team in Bloomsburg, PA.
RESPONSIBILITIESThe Primary Purposes of the HR Coordinator is to support Human Resources Department with required administrative duties, filling the role of the Front-Line guest/visitor and customer support at the Bloomsburg Plant as well as assist with EHS and Production Control data entry on an as needed basis.
Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to
Human Resources Department * Recruitment of Production Employees through applicant tracking system and facilitation of the recruitment process as needed including conducting phone screens/candidate outreach, handling candidate communications, onsite interviews, participating in recruiting events. * Assist HR with Entry-level job tasks such as * Facilitate Communications * General administrative support of HR Department (and other departments by exception) which could include applicant tracking system, employee file management, internal and self-audits. * Support of community events, job fairs, planning of employee events and support of Employee Resources Groups * Other Duties as required.
Environmental, Health & Safety Department * Assist with required Data Entry for Awareness Training, Authorized Training and Employee Recognition
Production Control Department * Data Entry -- Paint Department
Customer & Guest Support * Processing Daily Mail * Assisting Visitors (new hires, interviews, contractors, weekly vendors) * Contractor Orientation Entry * Answer phones * Other Job Duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS * Basic Qualifications * High School Diploma/GED equivalent from an accredited institution * Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Preferred Qualifications * 2 Years' experience in a service environment. * 1 year experience with Microsoft Suite of products * Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources or Related Field * Administrative experience in an HR function * Prior experience with project responsibility across multiple groups or departments
