　　Job Description

　　· The main activities are captured but are not limitative to the following list.

　　· Lead & assist the execution of HR events throughout the calendar year.

　　· Conduct research and align with business units to write content in support of communications plans and strategic priorities.

　　· Produce digital content, such as infographics, newsletters, or other collateral to use on communications channels, featuring employees and company programs to support key initiatives and messages.

　　· Proactively identify opportunities to include strategic messaging and content to broader internal and external audiences if required.

　　· Assist with content writing, editing, and other communication projects as needed.

　　· Provide support, planning and execution for company events and/or large audience meetings.

　　· Support / Lead Employee Resources Groups Activities

　　· Support impromptu HR and Comms Deliverables.

　　· Work with employees and managers at the site.

　　· Assist with local requisitions and purchases.

　　· Prospecting possible suppliers for the completion of these events.

　　· Qualifications

　　· University enrolled student majoring in business administration, commercial relations, international business, or communications.

　　· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, in Spanish and English, any other languages like French and Portuguese are a plus.

　　· Proven ability to create engaging content for various channels.

　　· Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.

　　· Familiarity with recruitment processes and employee relations.

　　· Innovative thinker with a knack for generating fresh ideas in a quicker manner and proficient in translating those ideas into visually appealing and compelling content in short cycles.

　　· Detail-oriented with a strong focus on task completion.

　　· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.

　　· Quick learner capable of adapting to new technologies and platforms.

　　· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

　　· Willing to work in hybrid mode with a minimum of 2 days in person attendance in office.

　　· Desirable Software Proficiency:

　　· Microsoft 360 Apps (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

　　· Social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram)

　　· Basic understanding of HR software.

　　· Adobe Creative Cloud experience
