JOB REQUIREMENTS: Linetec Summary: The HR Business Partner is directlyresponsible for the overall administration, coordination and evaluationof the Human Resources function at this location. Develops policy,directs and coordinates Human Resource activity, such as: employeerelations, recruiting, safety, compensation, training, benefits andlabor relations. Essential Functions: Creates, implement and supporttraining and development initiatives Provides support, coaching andguidance to management for employee relations, people planning and othergeneral topics Back-up payroll processing, time, and attendancerecording and processing Supports benefits program rollout Maintainscompliance with federal and state regulations concerning employmentMonitors and administers Performance Management Process Providesemployee relations support, conducts employee relations investigationsand exit interviews Develops and administers various human resourceplans and procedures for all company employees Participates indeveloping department goals, objectives and systems. Develops,recommends and implements employee policies and procedures. Develops andmaintains affirmative action program; maintains records, reports andlogs to conform to EEO regulations Recommends new approaches, policies,and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency ofdepartment and services performed.
