The HR Associate is responsible for providing support on key HR processes and initiatives to enable a team of HR Business Partners to provide world-class support across a range of clients and functions. This position requires a bright mind who is a quick learner and thrives on excellent customer service along with exceptional organizational skills and professionalism to engage with confidential data and projects. The position will collaborate with a broad group of stakeholders within and outside the Human Resources function, working on a variety of projects, analyzing situations, and using initiative to drive results. This role provides an outstanding opportunity for a candidate interested in a career in human resources. The HR Associate is a feeder role for HR Business Partner positions or more specialized positions within the HR function at Equifax.
What You'll Do:Provide project management support for HR initiatives including but not limited to corporate talent and performance reviews, compensation planning activities, diversity and inclusion initiatives, recruitment activities, reward and recognition processes, and other specialized projectsUtilize Workday (HRIS System) and related tools and systems to provide actionable reports and data to a team of HR Business Partners; exercise a high level of care and confidentiality while working with sensitive informationCollaborate with HR Business Partners on important deadlines for key processes; Drive appropriate coordination and accountability ensuring key deliverables are met in a timely mannerServe on planning committees for special event and employee relations initiativesBuild and maintain relationships with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and others within the HR functionPerform general administrative duties such as coordinating calendars and scheduling meetings; ensure purchase orders and expense reports are processed accurately and in a timely manner; anticipate and obtain information needed in advance of meetings; prepare and distribute materials to meeting participants.Compose and prepare various documents, presentation materials, and reports with efficiency and accuracy
