Description

We are looking for a skilled HR Assistant for ongoing opportunities. Your primary role will be to support our HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Assistant will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, helping us to plan and administer important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties.

Provide administrative support to the HR department.

Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc).

Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc).

Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).

Assist in ad-hoc HR projects, like collection of employee feedback.

Support other functions as assigned by HR manager.

Requirements

Prior experience as an HR Assistant preferred, but not required.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Demonstrable ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Exceptional organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.

High degree of interpersonal, team building and negotiating skills.

Ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituents in a diverse community.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
