　　Are you a planning, communication, and customer service expert? We are looking for a personable and professional HR Administrative Assistant for our client in Providence, RI. The ideal candidate has 1 year experience assisting providers with meetings, agendas, communications, and special projects. We are looking for a multi-tasker who thrives in a fast paced environment. 　　Responsibilities

　　Some duties/tasks that would be the primary responsibility of the role include:

　　Basic data entry of performance review ratings into our HR information system as well as alphabetizing and filing performance reviews

　　Reception desk back up on an as needed basis (answer phones and directing questions as well as directing in person guests) in our executive-level suite

　　Outlook archive project – someone proficient in MS Office, particularly MS Outlook would be necessary; we will provide direction

　　Monitor HRSC faxes and paper mail

　　Process Education Assistance requests (including data entry and reviewing eligibility)

　　Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) process

　　Skills

　　Secretary - Admin Assist

　　Handling Confidential Information

　　Microsoft Office

　　Working Independently

　　Qualifications
