Ecolab is seeking an HR Business Analyst for the Global Pest Elimination will provide day to day and strategic data and analytical support for HR and cross divisional teams to drive workforce performance, productivity and compliance. This position will support talent processes including PP+D, talent planning, compensation administration and compliance programs as well as participate on cross-divisional projects where associate data and analytics is needed. This positionis in St. Paul, MN. What You Will Do: Create and analyze standard reports including scorecards and dashboards to drive decision making related to performance, productivity, and compliance. Consult with HR and cross divisional project teams to identify reporting and analytics needs to achieve project outcomes. Analyze data to identify trends and insights and provide recommendations that enable leaders to make informed decisions and take appropriate actions. Support headcount forecasting and partner closely with finance. Utilizes in-depth understanding of the Pest Elimination business model and available data and reporting tools including Workday, AS400, Excel, Power Bi and Access databases to analyze and report data. Develop reports and presentation materials including charts, graphs, dashboards and other visual representations of data and related insights. Support annual talent processes needing data reporting and analytics support including PP+D, Talent Planning, Bonus, Merit Planning, LTI, Humu Engagement Survey etc. Serve as the subject matter expert providing education and consultation to the HR business partners on analytics, Workday functionality and reporting for all talent processes; act as the Workday knowledge expert and partner with the enterprise-wide Workday team on system functionality and overall data management. Identify and implement improvements to automate HR related processes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience 2 years of related work experience Power BI, advanced Microsoft Office skills including pivot tables, v-lookups, conditional formatting and creating charts and graphs Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics or Information Systems Prior experience developing and delivering routine and ad hoc reporting using MS Excel Prior experience utilizing Workday Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented focus Experience creating PowerPoint presentations to display data and related insights; Ability to anticipate reporting, analytical and data needs and proactively identify solutions to meet those needs Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to handle and protect highly confidential and sensitive data Benefits Ecolab strives to provide comprehensive and market-competitive benefits to meet the needs of our associates and their families.to see our benefits.
