Summary:
Schedule: M-F 1-930pm
This is an onsite position at the Joslin, IL Plant. The primary purposeof this position is to provide process and transactional support for HRsystems & processes, including support for all users through theresolution of cases (using Service Now technology), chat and phonesupport. This position is expected to be a first point of contact withhandling all support calls routing to the People Operations team, andother tasks as required to resolve first level support requests.
This role will be responsible for assisting with a large volume of dataentry and review related to team member business processes, includinghires, terminations, salary adjustments, and other confidential items.This position will also monitor various HR inboxes and respond orescalate to the appropriate team, including COE, HR Strategic Partners,or Leadership
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support - 100%
Receives and provides basic navigation support for routinecorrespondence following established procedures (such as addresschanges, application support, background check corrections and employeeself-service support)
Review and update of key business processes and general master datacomponents
Collaboration with the People Operations team to achieve faster supportservice level agreements that ensure department key performanceindicators are met
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience:
2+ years relevant customer support role and past data entry experience
Computer Skills:
Intermediate computer skills including generating simple letters,spreadsheets and/or graphics for personal business use or creatingsimple queries and simply formatted data output. Must be proficient inMicrosoft Excel, Word, and Power point.
Understanding of HR systems and processes is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Ability to interact with and communicate to a broad range of end usersproviding excellent support. Requires excellent communication skills,both verbal and written

Must possess excellent customer service, basic analytical andtrouble-shooting skills, planning and organizational skills. Must bedetail-oriented and work well in a team environment. Must be able towork in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to multi-task whenapplicable. Strong interpersonal skills, particularly as it relates toworking effectively with others and building successful relationshipsthroughout the organization. Excellent judgement and proven ability toanalyze issues quickly & take appropriate action under limited timeconstraints. Perseveres to locate necessary data quickly to supportcustomer resolution; Consistently delivers high-quality, timely workresulting in highly satisfied customers; Passion for learning;Familiarity with SAP/HR and Workday not required but highly valued; andteam player.
