IQVIA Nordic is looking for an HR Administrator to join our Nordic HR team. Our team supports approx. 550 employees based in Finland, Denmark, Norway, and Sweden. We are looking for a HR Administrator with personal engagement to develop administrative processes and drive local HR administration together with the local HR team and the service centers based in Europe and India.
The role is responsible for:
· Employment contract management
· Onboarding of new employees
· Input to IQVIA payroll center (payroll is outsourced to local providers)
· Time and attendance (absence management)
· Holiday allowances (admin, accruals, local legislations)
· Country specific employee benefits (including pension administration)
· Workday absence administration
· AOB
We believe the successful candidate has experience from at least one Nordic country’s payroll/accounting administration. You are a strong administrator and quick learner. You are also genuinely interested in providing great service to colleagues in the Nordics and strive to build solid administrative processes. You are detail oriented and take pride in delivering accurate input to all stakeholders. Further, you can communicate fluently in English and preferably in one of the following languages; Norwegian, Danish, Finnish or Swedish.
Essential Functions
· Act as first point of contact for employees with input to relevant for payroll (for example absence management, new hire information)
· Ensure legal administration for pension, insurances, sick leaves are correct and timely (in accordance with specific country regulation)
· Build and drive improvement to current processes in co-operation with local HR and service centers
· Develop strong and effective team relationships with HR and Finance specialist functions in the Nordics and in our service centers across Europe and India
· Provide portions of new employee orientation where appropriate
· Provide support and participate in teams handling employment legislation, practices, and procedures.
· Provide reports and analyses as requested by other HR team members.
Qualifications
• High School Diploma or equivalent Req
• 2 years’ experience in an office environment within an HR or Finance function. Experience in Finnish, Danish, Norwegian and/or Swedish payroll process is an advantage
· Sound knowledge of local and relevant employment legislation
· Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and Workday
· Good problem-solving, judgment and decision-making skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills – English is required
· Very high degree of discretion and confidentiality
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, organize and manage projects
· Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
