This includes preparing new hire documents, processing new hire documents, contacting new hires in preparation for their start date, and coordinating with departments involved in orientation including, training, safety, operations, continuous improvement, and benefits.Program Manager will:Coordinates new hire orientation and the onboarding process. This includes preparing new hire documents, processing new hire documents, contacting new hires in preparation for their start date, and coordinating with departments involved in orientation including, training, safety, operations, continuous improvement, and benefits.Assists in facilitating new hire orientation and ensures backend orientation process is completed.Partners with Recruiting on a weekly basis to stay up to date on candidates coming through the pipeline.Performs front desk duties including checking in guests, answering the phone, and monitoring the lobby.Support the overall HR department by performing various administrative tasks like managing parking for the site, order supplies for the office, assists with employee engagement activities and communications, and various data entry tasks in the company HRIS.Preferred Qualifications:Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse workforce.Advanced multitasking, time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.Customer-centric focus and advanced customer service skills.Understanding of file maintenance and recordkeeping practices.Experienced in scheduling appointments, managing calendars and conference room schedules.Ability to analyze problems and identify solutions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or with a team.Excellent organizational skills with attention to details.Ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tack, professionalism and diplomacy.Education:Associate's degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.One or more years of related experience may be used in lieu of above requirement.Preferred Experience:3+ years' progressive experience in Program Management, Business, AdministrationEngineering, or equivalent, field workPrevious experience in DOD or Aerospace a plusExperience with international customers and supply chainsAdditional Eligibility Qualifications Certificates, Licenses, or Registrations:PHR or SHRM certification preferred, but not requiredAbout UsFor over 30 years SEKISUI Aerospace has been designing, testing, and manufacturing composite products for the aerospace industry.
