The Administrative Assistant perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing company's general administrative activities.Job Duties:Accounts PayableProcess check requests and expense reports on a regular basisAccurately review, code, and process vendor invoicesPerform monthly reconciliationsPerform data entry associated with accounts payableReview and reconcile invoice discrepanciesAudit and process credit card billsAddress and respond to vendor inquiriesGeneral Office DutiesProvide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the officeGreet office visitors and answer telephone callsAssist with event planningCoordinate travel arrangements for staffPerform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and faxingMaintain filing systems, both electronic and physicalPerform data entry and update databases as neededMaintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary, including research of new deals and suppliersPerform other duties as assignedOther DutiesPlease note this job description is not intended to be a complete or exclusive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
