MSK is seeking a Housing Maintenance Aide to provide the general services and amenities required for the operation of our quality residential buildings. These services include cleaning maintenance in all interior and exterior areas, general routine repairs, and when needed, monitoring of front desk activities and outside contractor services.

Role Overview:

Maintain appearance of both the exterior and interior common areas of assigned property through scheduled cleaning maintenance.

Perform daily refuse and recycling material collection

Perform general routine repairs

Assist in preparation of vacant apartments to make ready for occupancy

As requested and needed, perform periods of front desk relief duty

Key Qualifications:

Capable of building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.

A good decision-maker, with shown success at making timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.

Committed and eager to accept new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and passion.

Able to hold yourself and others accountable in order to achieve goals and live up to commitments.

Core Skills:

Previous experience with cleaning maintenance and general repair work is preferred

Schedule:

Full-time Rotating schedule; 9AM-5PM
