　　Handles guest and employee enquiries in a polite and efficient manner

　　Provides a courteous and professional service at all times

　　Monitors and performs the daily rotation of Housekeeping stock

　　Performs routine cleaning tasks throughout the hotel

　　Delivers guest laundry promptly following Park Hyatt Sydney standards

　　Assists with moving furniture for special room setups

　　Qualifications:

　　1 year experience as houseman/room attendant in a 5 star hotel

　　Manual handling ability

　　Knowledge of hygiene standards

　　Good interpersonal skills
