　　POSITION SUMMARY

　　The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Housekeeping Manager to maintain and monitor a high level of cleanliness in guest rooms whilst working within the pre-established standards of operation.

　　The successful candidate’s main responsibilities will include:

　　overseeing room attendants in their daily duties, ensuring all standards are followed at all times

　　responding to special guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner;

　　conducting daily pre-shift meetings and inspecting associates as they are working, giving guidance to ensure that deficiencies are corrected

　　leading, training and supervising Room Attendants and other team members to ensure their performance is to the standards required

　　inspecting rooms to ensure these are ready in time for guests arrival

　　Furthermore, the ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications, experience and skills:

　　fluency in English;

　　preferably one to two years previous housekeeping experience

　　ability to work under pressure;

　　a can-do attitude with a very good eye for detail

　　able to work shift duties, including evenings, weekends, and / or holidays
