DUTIES: Perform any combination of light cleaning duties tomaintain hotel rooms and guest common areas in a clean and orderlymanner. Duties include cleaning rooms and halls, making beds,replenishing linens, doing laundry, and vacuuming. QUALIFICATIONS: Nominimum education or experience required. On-the-job training provided.SCHEDULE: 35hrs p/wk. Monday through Sunday (schedule varies). SHIFTS:8am-3pm or 4pm-9pm (shift hours may vary). Five rotating days. WAGE:\$19.01/hr, OT availability varies at \$28.52/hr. Wages are paidbi-weekly. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due.LOCATION(S): (1) 835 Upper Union St, Franklin, MA 02038 (2) 235 Elm St,Dedham, MA 02026 (3) 29 Hancock St, Quincy, MA 02171 (4) 102 Newbury St,Danvers, MA 01923. Workers are responsible for their own dailytransportation to and from the worksite. LODGING: Optional employeehousing is available, at a rate of \$150 p/wk to be paid directly toemployer. Inbound/Outbound transportation & subsistence: If the workercompletes 50% of the work contract period, the employer will reimbursethe worker for transportation and subsistence from the place ofrecruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contractor where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide orpay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation andsubsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed towork, except where the worker will not return due to subsequentemployment with another employer or where the employer has appropriatelyreported a workers voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount oftransportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the mosteconomical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.Daily subsistence provided at a rate of at least \$15.46 per day duringtravel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. Visa & relatedexpenses: Workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa,visa processing, border crossing and other related fees, including thosemandated by the government (except passport fees) by check separate frompayroll. Tools: Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools,supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. ? Guarantee:Employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least 3/4 of theworkdays in each 12-week period of total employment period.
