　　Brooksby Village is a beautiful 90-acre continuing care retirement community located just 20 minutes from Boston in Peabody, Massachusetts. 　　We are hiring full time and part-time (flex schedule) Housekeepers for our award- winning independent living community and nursing facility.

　　All residential cleaning is done on site, no travel required. You will work with a dynamic team of 50 Housekeepers, Floor Techs, and Laundry Aides who keep our community in tip top shape. Cleaning resident apartments and/ or rooms as well as common areas.

　　Compensation: commensurate with experience from $16.25 - $18./ hour

　　What you'll do to make an impact:

　　• Clean residents apartments and common areas within the community. Apartments consist of a kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedrooms.

　　• Clean public bathrooms including counters, mirrors, sinks, lavatories and fixtures.

　　• Clean lobbies, classrooms and living spaces including vacuuming, high and low dusting, de-cluttering, removing trash, spot clean walls/windows/switches, baseboards, pictures, lights and HVAC vents.

　　• Assist with collection, bagging, and disposal of trash.

　　Compensation: commensurate with experience starting at $16.25 / hour

　　What You’ll Do:

　　Clean residents’ homes and/or rooms

　　Maintain cleanliness in all public spaces within the community, including lobbies, clubhouses, bathrooms, and classrooms

　　Collect, bag, and properly dispose of trash and recycling

　　(Utility only) Use specialized cleaning equipment to deep-clean carpet, tile, and wood floors

　　(Utility only) Follow work orders for moving furniture and other heavy objects

　　What You’ll Need to Qualify :

　　Experience cleaning residential or commercial settings preferred, but will train

　　Ability to safely use specialized equipment and department vehicles

　　Valid driver’s license with at least three years of documented safe driving (Utility only)

　　Ability to work independently and as part of a team

　　Flexibility and ability to prioritize multiple requests
