Make beds; clean bathrooms, rooms and public areas;vacuum floors; wash windows; perform laundry duties such as washingbedding and folding and sorting linens and laundry. 3 months experience inhousekeeping required. No education requirements. OJT provided.$16.37p/h, overtime wage rate of $24.56, overtime may be availablebut is not guaranteed, general schedule of 40h/w, 8am-5pm, workdaysvary Sun-Sat. Applicants may be offered higher than the advertised wage ratedue to experience or merit. The employer will use a single workweek as itsstandard for computing wages due. Workers will be paid on a bi-weekly basis.The employer will make all deductions from workers' paychecks that arerequired by law. The employer will provide optional housing accommodationsfrom a third-party if relocating for the position and not within reasonabletransport to jobsite. If employer-arranged housing is utilized the worker willbe deducted approximately $350 per month. If workers request and receive apay advance, that amount will later be deducted from their paycheck. Ifrelocating for the position, the cost of transportation and subsistence tothe place of employment will be reimbursed, if half of the employment periodis completed. This reimbursement will be calculated by the exact cost of thetransportation expenses by airplane or bus fare, as well as subsistenceexpenses calculated at the minimum amount of $15.46 per 24-hour period oftravel and the maximum amount of $59.00 per day. Return transportation andsubsistence will be provided if the employment period is completed, or ifdismissed early. The employer will reimburse the H-2B worker in the firstworkweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and otherrelated fees that are to the benefit of the employer. All tools, supplies,and equipment required to perform the job will be provided to workers at nocharge.
