Housekeepers: responsible for cleaning andmaintaining all rooms, suites, and indoor common areas. Duties includevacuuming floors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, disinfectingbathrooms, and washing windows. Housekeepers will need to lift and carryup to 50 pounds and go up and down stairs. No experience necessary; willtrain. Workers will be paid no less than \$18.75 per hour. Returningworkers and workers with more experience may be paid higher wage ratesup to \$22.00 per hour. Overtime hours may be available at a rateranging from \$28.13 to \$33.00 per hour. Generally, min. of 35 hoursper week, on average 7 hours per workday and 5 workdays per week.Weekends and holidays required. Various shifts required, but generally9am-5pm. Conditions of employment for H2B and U.S. workers: 1. Initialtransportation to begin the seasonal/peak employment (including mealsand, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment willbe provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completeshalf the employment period. The amount of transportation payment orreimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable commoncarrier for the distances involved. Return transportation will beprovided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissedearly by the employer. Daily subsistence will be at least \$15.46 perday during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day with receipts. 2. Theemployer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at leastthree-fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the totalemployment period. 3.
