Housekeeper at Summercamp Start Date: April 1, 2024 End Date: October30, 2024? Wesley MV OpCo, LLC d/b/a Summercamp, located in Oak Bluffs,Massachusetts, seeks six (6) full-time, temporary Housekeepers who willbe responsible for cleaning and maintaining all rooms, suites, andindoor common areas at Summercamp\'s property, which includes vacuumingfloors, dusting, replenishing linens and towels, running laundry to thelaundry area, loading washing machines, folding laundry, disinfectingbathrooms, delivering luggage to guests rooms, and washing windows.Communicate maintenance or security needs in a timely manner toappropriate manager or supervisor. Housekeepers will also need to doweekly, monthly, and annual deep cleaning of property. Housekeepers willneed to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and go up and down stairs.Willreport directly to the Assistant Manager at Summercamp. Three (3) monthsof experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club required.?Travel is not required.?Daily transportation to and from worksite is notprovided.?On-the-job training is provided.? ? Wage: \$18.75 - \$21.50per hour, paid weekly.? Gratuity-eligible position, so actual wage withtips may occasionally be higher.? Overtime is available at \$28.13 -\$32.25 per hour.? ?Schedule: 35 hours per week. Work schedule can varyand can include evening, weekend, and holiday hours. Work may beperformed on any day of the week from Monday through Sunday. Exampleshift: 9:00am - 4:00pm. Shift hours may vary.?A single workweek will beused to compute wages due.? ?Optional housing is offered on afirst-come, first-serve basis for workers who are relocating to beginemployment.? Cost of housing and utilities, if accepted, is \$125.00 perweekly pay period. If used, total cost of housing will be deducted frompaycheck. All deductions from paycheck required by law will be made.??If the worker completes 50% of the work contract period, employer willpay directly for and/or reimburse workers for transportation andsubsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.? Uponcompletion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissedearlier, employer will provide or pay for worker\'s reasonable costs ofreturn transportation and subsistence back home or to the place theworker originally departed to work, except where the worker will notreturn due to subsequent employment with another employer.? The employerwill pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for all reasonableinbound transportation and subsistence costs within the first workweek.?The employer will pay directly for and/or reimburse workers for allreasonable outbound transportation and subsistence costs during the lastworkweek.? The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will beequal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for thedistances involved.? Daily subsistence will be provided at a rateof?\$15.46 per day during travel to a maximum of \$59.00 per day withreceipts.?
